Nigerian Actress Rahama Sadau To Make Bollywood Debut After Being Blacklisted In Kannywood

Nigerian actress Rahama Sadau is set to make her debut in the Indian movie industry.

The Kaduna-born actress, on Thursday, shared some pictures from the set of a movie titled ‘Khuda Haafiz 2’.

In the pictures she posted on her Twitter handle, she was seen with some Indian actors, including Vidyut Jammwal, the lead actor in Khuda Haafiz.

She also shared the photos on her Instagram page with the caption, “Hello Bollywood . . . “We Out Here with Vidyut Jammwal Vidyut Jamwalions’ #KhudaHafeezChapter2 #Day31 #Bollywood #Lucknow #India #Actors.”

Recall that the 27-year-old actress was in November 2020, was blacklisted by the northern filmmakers under the aegis of Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MOPPAN), over raunchy pictures she had posted on social media.

The body said the post by the actress had resulted in blasphemous comments against the Holy Prophet of Islam.

The apex body of northern filmmakers had earlier suspended the actress in October of 2016 for similar misconduct.

However, Kano State Censors Board granted her unconditional pardon in 2018.
